If you’re one of the folks who bought Assassin’s Creed: Unity, you’ve probably experienced a few glitches here and there. Reports regarding the technical problems with the game have been travelling around the internet ever since the game’s launch. Though there have been a few patches, some gamers are still disappointed with the experience. Now, it looks as though Ubisoft is trying to right their wrong.

Unfortunately, at launch, the overall quality of the game was diminished by bugs and unexpected technical issues. I want to sincerely apologize on behalf of Ubisoft and the entire Assassin's Creed team. These problems took away from your enjoyment of the game, and kept many of you from experiencing the game at its fullest potential.
