Game Revolution has published an article stating that Game Informer reported that a demo code for Final Fantasy XV will be included with Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, releasing on Xbox One and Playstation 4 on March 17, 2015.
Game Informer has since removed their article, so it's unclear whether this is actually happening, or it's completely bogus. They originally stated that the demo would be dubbed "Final Fantasy XV Episode Duscae" and would show some of the opening scenes. At this time, Final Fantasy XV has no release date, and we saw nothing of it from Square Enix at E3 2014.
It sure would be nice to have a demo, though, I'm not a fan of having to buy a product to get access to it.

EDIT: Joystiq tells us that Square Enix has confirmed that Final Fantasy Type-0 will include a demo voucher for Final Fantasy XV. Also, Nomura won't be directing the project. Hajime Tabata has been named the new director for Final Fantasy XV. Nomura will be focusing on "production of titles that can only be made possibly by Nomura himself" such as Kingdom Hears III.
