Pretty neat if you ask me. Check out the trailer below. You can go here to take the tour yourself.
Here's something new. Bungie has used Google Technologies to create Planet View. Think Google earth, but instead of touring your home town, you're touring the various locales found in Destiny. Throughout your tour, you may find some behind the scenes videos that look at how each location was crafted, as well as some trailers, and screenshots holding bits of lore. You don't need a really powerful PC to enjoy the scenery, however, your internet speed might have an impact on performance. Pretty neat if you ask me. Check out the trailer below. You can go here to take the tour yourself.

Some of the biggest names in gaming have added their names to an open letter to gamers, asking them to take steps to end the hurtful speech that is so prominent online. The letter included names from the big boys of game development, as well as some of the lesser known publishers, inculding, but not limited to, EA, Ubisoft, Bungie, Sony, Infinity Ward, Bioware, Blizzard, Microsoft, Riot, Epic and Paradox, as well as indie developers like Tim Schafer and Rami Ismail. Here is the full letter as it was published: We believe that everyone, no matter what gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or religion has the right to play games, criticize games and make games without getting harassed or threatened. It is the diversity of our community that allows games to flourish. You can check out the original letter and the ever-growing list of signatures here.
I never really got into the Resident Evil franchise. Perhaps this is my chance to see what all the hype is about. Capcom has released a trailer for the upcoming HD remake of original PS1 classic. It looks like all of the artwork has been re-done, and man, does it look pretty. Check out the trailer below. Resident Evil will be available on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3, and Steam. Former Capcom employee turned Kickstarter champion, Keiji Inafune announced yesterday that the Beta for his highly anticipated game "Mighty No. 9" will be available "in the next 24-hours". In other words, sometime today. Only Kickstarter backers who donated $80 or more will have access to the beta.
Mighty No. 9 turned a lot of heads when it hit Kickstarter in September last year. During it's funding time, fans gave over $3.8 Million to the project, even though they only asked for $900,000. Backers who are granted access to the beta will be able to play a single level of the game at first, bit over the next few weeks, the dev team will be granting beta access to two more levels. The final game is set for release in April 2015 for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii U, Playstation Vita, and 3DS. -- Source -- |
